Playtor for macOS

Privacy Policy

Effective June 18, 2026

Playtor does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. Your creative work stays on your Mac.

Information Playtor collects

Playtor does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising data, or tracking information. The app has no user accounts, cloud sync, or developer-operated servers.

Your work and local storage

Projects and the content you create—including drafts, characters, scenes, notes, links, and related material—are stored locally on your Mac. Playtor does not send this content to Varad Khadke or any third party.

Playtor accesses files outside its own storage only when you choose them, such as when importing or exporting a project or attaching media. You control those files through standard macOS file controls.

If you open a link saved in Playtor, the app passes it to your default web browser. The destination website may handle information under its own privacy policy. Playtor does not receive information about your visit.

Apple and website hosting

Apple may process information related to downloading or using Playtor through the App Store under Apple's Privacy Policy. That processing is controlled by Apple, not Playtor.

When you visit this policy page, the website host, Vercel, may process ordinary technical request information such as an IP address, browser type, and request time for security and reliable delivery. Playtor does not use this page for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. Your light or dark theme preference may be saved locally in your browser.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if Playtor's features or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
